MyFitnessPal - Free Weight Loss Tools
YEP. Lost 17, 10 pounds to go until I’m in my healthy range, which is all I really want. I don’t necessarily believe in BMI, but I’m not a muscular person and I have a small frame, so I really should be within the “healthy” range for BMI and I’m not right now. I will be soon though! :)
